This free online retreat starts May 26! Embrace slow stitching and other art forms with many talented makers. I don’t usually buy the upgrade package, but I did this time, and paid a little extra for access to the 2024 recordings. There are 30+ workshops for 2025. So good! Check out Andrea Tsang Jackson (I have her book), Ann Smith, Casey Turner, Jen Strauser, Jessica Swift. I’m halfway through Karen Turner’s zero-waste stitching project. Make your phone a bean bag chair
The thing we didn’t know we needed: a bean bag for our phones and e-readers. I learned about this handy item from Nikki of Pin Cut Sew on YouTube. (I love Nikki!) Easy to make with just a few supplies. A downloadable PDF pattern is $4.50 via her ETSY shop. I made a larger version to accommodate a tablet. It also holds a cookbook.
