I’m in love with Agile and Scrum. I did not see that coming. I’m working on a Google Project Management Certificate and the current course focuses on Agile and Scrum. These methodologies have been on my radar for a long time but I feel a little like Ella Langley. (If you know, you know.)

I love Agile because it focuses on delivering value quickly and prioritizes people over processes (and tools). I love Scrum because the role of the Scrum Master is to coach people to success.
